Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during transit?
We use specialized, eco-friendly protective packaging and double-boxing techniques refined over years of experience to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition.
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Care instructions vary by product. While many modern stoneware items are safe, traditional pieces with gold/silver leaf or delicate overglaze should be hand-washed. Please check the 'Care Guide' on each product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo for a full replacement or refund.
