A round hinoki cypress cutting board with beautiful grain and a faint, pleasant aroma. Lightweight yet sturdy, washing and storing are easy and stress-free. Finished with a subtly engraved MUSUBI KILN logo along the lower edge, it is available in two sizes: small and large.

Each cutting board is made of straight-grain Tono hinoki cypress, carefully selected by skilled craftspeople. Highly durable and water-resistant thanks to its narrow tree rings, this wood has long been cherished as an ideal material for cutting boards. Constructed of horizontally joined, edge-glued panels, each board is highly resistant to cracking and warping, increasing its longevity. The soft wood surface is gentle on knives, helping blade edges stay sharp.

The round shape provides a wide workspace. Simply turning the board brings unused areas to the front, allowing you to make full use of the entire surface with ease.

After use, the cutting board can be stored upright thanks to its self-standing design, eliminating the need for a separate stand and allowing for compact storage.
