Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original Japanese artisanal packaging and outer shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship and Refund
